Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

U.S. shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $50. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $50 or more after discounts qualify for free standard shipping. Taxes and shipping charges do not count toward the $50 minimum.

Delivery time
Standard shipping is estimated to take 3–5 business days after your order is handed to the carrier. This is in addition to processing time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays may occur.

Tracking and order assistance
Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect item, please contact hello@thesquishykitchen.com with your order number so we can help.
